Welcome to Once Upon a Table, a charming bistro-style restaurant tucked back in the mews (a pedestrian alley) just off Stockbridge's Main Street. We have been serving for a decade now, and are well known for both the quality of our food and service, as well a low-key ambience.
One noteworthy feature of the restaurant is it's size; the restaurant is on the smallish side (11 tables) - "Cozy" and "Quaint" are words we hear a lot when customers describe our restaurant. We offer full and creative menus for both lunch and dinner, as well as tasteful list of wine and beer, and an enticing selection of house-made desserts. Our culinary specialty is fresh, locally grown, and hand-crafted cuisine. We do accept reservations (highly recommended in season) but can frequently handle walk-in patrons as well. Feel free to call at the last minute or just pop in and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Oh, by the way, in case you were wondering, we thought we'd mention the fact that we have another restaurant for those of you who may be visiting neighboring Columbia County, N. Y. The restaurant is called the Pillars; located @ 860 Rt. 20 (the main drag) in New Lebanon. It's a beautiful spot, a restored carriage house located on 7 acres of rolling lawns, with a wonderful country french ambience. The Pillars serves dinner only; for more information please visit our site at www.PillarsRestaurant.com or call 518-794-8007.
